Incredible New Year Experience. We had an amazing New Year experience at this beautiful lodge! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, nestled in the hills with stunning views. We loved the fact that our room had its own plunge pool, it was the perfect way to cool off in the tropical heat. The daily housekeeping was also a nice touch, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay.
Food could be improved. The only downside of our stay was the food.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and unique concept of Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge. The secluded location in the midst of nature provided the perfect escape from the outside world. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff, especially Peggy and the owners, were friendly and helpful. I loved exploring the grounds and discovering hidden messages on the stones. The view from the gym was breathtaking and the outdoor showers in our room added a special touch. The spa treatments were also enjoyable and well-priced. I had an unforgettable and truly magical stay at Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge.
One small downside was the lack of lighting, especially on dark evenings, which could pose a safety risk. The service at times was a bit slow, but being on my honeymoon, I didn't mind going with the flow.
